Job summary

Tyson Jay Management Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced executive to take overall responsibility for the Singapore business with full P&L accountability. You will lead a multi-outlet F&B network to drive revenue, cost, margin, productivity, and profitability across the operation.

You will oversee outlet operations, central production, and delivery, ensuring top service, food safety, and customer experience while using data to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of P&L management experience with multi-outlet operations.
• Demonstrated ability to drive revenue, cost, margin, and productivity.
• Hands-on leadership with strong commercial judgment and frontline presence.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for the Singapore business with full P&L accountability.
• Lead a multi-outlet F&B network to drive revenue and profitability.
• Develop outlet operations and supporting functions with a strong team.
• Oversee central production and delivery, coordinating with logistics and retail outlets.
• Maintain high service, food safety, and customer experience standards.
• Use data and frontline insights to improve processes and efficiency.
• Evaluate new locations to support expansion of Singapore operations.
• Stay close to day-to-day operations through outlet visits and weekend presence when needed.
