Job summary

Tyson Jay Management Pte Ltd is seeking an accomplished senior operations leader to take overall control of the Singapore business with full P&L accountability. You will oversee a multi-outlet F&B network, driving revenue, margins, and profitability while building a strong management team across outlets, production, logistics and retail.

The role requires 5–8 years of P&L experience, strong cost control and people leadership, with bakery experience preferred and coffee experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Requires tertiary education with roughly 5–8 years of relevant P&L management experience.
• Proven ability to manage costs, margins, profitability and operational performance while leading cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on, detail-oriented leadership with strong commercial judgment, and willingness to stay close to frontline operations.

• Lead a multi-outlet F&B network and drive revenue, cost, margin, productivity and profitability performance.
• Lead and develop outlet operations and supporting functions, building a strong and accountable management team.
• Oversee central production and delivery operations, ensuring effective coordination between production, logistics and retail outlets.
• Maintain high standards of service, food safety, operational execution and customer experience across the business.
• Use performance data and frontline observations to identify and implement improvements to processes, systems and operating efficiency.
• Evaluate potential new locations and support the continued expansion and growth of the Singapore operation.
• Remain close to day-to-day operations through regular outlet visits, including weekend presence when operationally required, while managing key business stakeholders.

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum tertiary education with approximately 5-8 years of relevant P&L management experience and strong multi-outlet operations leadership exposure.
• Proven ability to manage costs, margins, profitability and operational performance while leading teams across multiple functions.
• Hands-on, detail-oriented leadership style with strong commercial judgement, people leadership and willingness to stay close to frontline operations.
• Bakery experience is preferred; coffee experience would be an advantage.
