Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum tertiary education.
• 5–8 years of relevant P&L management experience.
• Proven ability to manage costs, margins and profitability while leading multi-function teams.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for the Singapore business and its operational and commercial performance with full P&L accountability.
• Lead a multi-outlet F&B network and drive revenue, cost, margin, productivity and profitability performance.
• Lead and develop outlet operations and supporting functions, building a strong and accountable management team.
• Oversee central production and delivery operations, ensuring coordination between production, logistics and retail outlets.
• Maintain high standards of service, food safety, operational execution and customer experience across the business.
• Use performance data and frontline observations to identify and implement improvements to processes, systems and operating efficiency.
• Evaluate potential new locations and support the continued expansion and growth of the Singapore operation.
• Remain close to day-to-day operations through regular outlet visits, including weekend presence when required.
