Qualifications

• 8–10 years in F&B or hospitality with at least 3 years in a General Manager role.
• Experience managing multi-outlet or multi-unit operations.
• Strong budgeting, cost-control and performance analysis skills.
• Solid understanding of Singapore F&B market and trends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple F&B outlets.
• Develop strategies to improve outlet performance and guest satisfaction.
• Lead budgeting, cost control and financial forecasting.
• Train and inspire outlet managers and teams to deliver service excellence.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and licensing requirements.
• Monitor purchasing, inventory and vendor relationships to cut costs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support growth and consistency.
• Review reports and implement corrective actions.
• Support new openings, promotions and service enhancements.
