Job summary
SWiZ Technologies in Singapore is seeking a hands-on Technical Operations Engineer to support managed services customers. The role involves onsite and remote work, incident resolution, and service delivery coordination within a small local team.
The ideal candidate will troubleshoot across Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Windows, and network issues, handle escalations, and coordinate with vendors. Excellent English and customer-facing skills are essential.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- 3 to 6 years of relevant IT support, MSP, or multi-customer environments.
- Willing to travel within Singapore.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Able to work independently with limited supervision.
- Comfortable coordinating with remote technical teams.
- Good written and spoken English.
Responsibilities
- Provide remote and onsite technical support to customers.
- Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Windows, and network issues.
- Coordinate onsite appointments and vendor visits.
- Escalate complex issues to vendors when required.
- Maintain accurate customer documentation and tickets.
- Assist with deployments and migrations.
- Participate in service reviews and reporting.
