Job summary

Land Transport Authority of Singapore seeks a lead role to manage Contractors in the construction of new MRT lines and enhancements to existing lines. You will oversee contractor performance for stations and tunnel works in elevated or underground sections, ensuring safety, quality, progress and environmental impact are controlled.

You will plan and manage risks and cashflows across contracts, and handle instructions and variations/payments/claims.

Qualifications

• Civil Engineering knowledge and familiarity with local codes and transit construction.
• 8+ years' experience in large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Understanding of civil and trackwork interfaces.
• Proven project management and leadership abilities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Analytical, resourceful and results-driven team player.
• Experience with Civil Defence shelters and underground MRT stations is a plus.
• Senior candidates may be considered; those without experience may apply.

Responsibilities

• Lead management of contractors for Stations and Tunnel works on MRT lines.
• Oversee safety, quality, progress and environmental impact of contractor works.
• Plan and manage contractual risks and cashflows; issue instructions.
• Assess variations, payments and claims; coordinate interfaces between civil and trackwork.
