Job summary

Land Transport Authority (LTA) is seeking a lead professional to manage Building Services Contractors in the construction of underground MRT stations. You will oversee safety, quality and progress of contractor works, and assist Project Managers in planning cashflows and handling variations and payments.

You will liaise with project teams, systems, civil contractors, designers and stakeholders to ensure well-coordinated projects across the railway network.

Qualifications

• Must have knowledge in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years in large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Strong project management and leadership skills.
• Good communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Building Services Contractors during construction of underground MRT stations.
• Oversee safety, quality and progress of contractor works.
• Assist Project Managers in planning cashflows, issuing instructions, and assessing variations/payments/claims.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, designers and stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
