Job summary

Land Transport Authority of Singapore is seeking a lead role in managing Contractors for MRT Line construction and enhancements to existing lines. The role involves overseeing Stations and Tunnel construction works, ensuring safety, quality and progress, and managing risks and cashflows for multiple contracts.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in large-scale infrastructure projects, strong leadership, and excellent communication and presentation skills, with additional advantage for Civil Defence

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Civil Engineering with familiarity of local codes and transit construction.
• At least 4 years’ experience in large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Appreciation of interface requirements of civil and trackwork.
• Strong project management and leadership skills.
• Good oral and written communication and presentation skills.
• Team player, analytical, resourceful and results-oriented.
• Experience in Civil Defence shelters and underground MRT stations is an advantage.
• Senior candidates may be considered; those without working experience are welcome to apply.

• Ensure safety, quality, progress and environmental impact management of Contractors’ works.
• Assist in planning and managing risks and cashflows of contracts.
• Issue instructions and assess variations/payments/claims.
