Job summary

GVT Government Technology Agency is seeking a Senior/Executive/Project Engineer, Civil to lead and manage contractors on MRT lines and station/tunnel works requiring experience in civil and trackwork interfaces. The role focuses on safety, quality, progress, and environmental controls across underground and elevated constructions.

Candidates should have strong leadership, communication skills, and at least 4 years in large infrastructure projects, with preference for underground tunnelling

Qualifications

• Knowledge in Civil Engineering with familiarity with the relevant local codes and transit construction.
• At least 4 years of hands-on experience managing large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Underground construction experience, particularly in deep excavation and tunnelling works will be an added advantage.
• A good appreciation of the constraints and interface requirements of civil and trackwork.
• Strong project management capabilities with demonstrated leadership experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Team player who is analytical, resourceful and results-oriented.
• Successful candidates may be required to work from project offices located in Changi or Tuas area.
• Candidates with strong relevant years of experience may be considered for senior positions.
