Job summary

Land Transport Authority of Singapore is seeking a leader to manage Building Services Contractors in the construction of underground MRT stations. You will oversee safety, quality, and progress of works, and assist Project Managers in planning and cashflow management, issuing instructions and assessing variations and payments.

You will liaise with project teams, system wide and civil contractors, designers, architects, stakeholders and the Railway Operator to ensure projects are well coordinated

Qualifications

• Knowledge in Electrical Engineering.
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Good appreciation of the constraints and interface requirements of civil, electrical works.
• Strong project management and leadership skills with proven track records.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Team player who is analytical, resourceful and result-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Buildings Services Contractors in the construction of underground MRT stations, overseeing safety, quality and progress of works.
• Assist Project Managers in planning and managing cashflows of contracts and in issuing instructions and assessing variations/payments/claims.
• Liaise with project teams, civil and electrical contractors, designers, architects, stakeholders and the appointed Railway Operator to ensure well-coordinated projects.
