Job summary

REVOWORKS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Sales Executive to build and maintain long-term customer relationships at our showroom. You will be the face of the company, delivering regular updates, addressing concerns, and collecting feedback to drive customer satisfaction.

You will handle social media engagement (IG, TikTok) and use MS Office tools, while ensuring showroom cleanliness and meeting monthly sales targets. Motorcycle familiarity is beneficial, and team collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• Possess minimum 2B License.
• Proficient in Social Media platforms (IG, TikTok) , MS Office (Excel, Words).
• Familiar with motorcycles / local suppliers.
• Excellent communication, problem solving, abilities and negotiation skills.
• Self driven, highly motivated and good team player.
• Able to work within tight schedules.
• Continuously improve product knowledge and selling related skills to provide better value added services to customers that differentiates the company from competitors.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and strengthen long term favourable customer relationships
• Be the "face of the company" for customers by providing regular communication, addressing concerns, registering feedbacks, and leveraging opportunities to deliver customer satisfaction
• Provide sales in a compliant and ethical manner; always adhere to company policies & local regulations
• Gather various sales and market data and share within the organisation at set frequency
• Manage showroom setup, tidiness and cleanliness
• Meet required monthly sales targets
