JOB EXPRESS SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Motorcycle Operation Executive to oversee daily operations across its outlets, workshop, fleet, and logistics in Kaki Bukit. The role involves planning schedules, coordinating with Admin and Finance on contracts and billing, and managing service centre activities.

The position requires strong organisational and coordination skills to optimise productivity, monitor labour and parts usage, and support product development alongside the Sales team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across retail outlets, workshop/service centre, fleet, and logistics.
• Plan operational schedules, job assignments, and resource allocation to optimise productivity.
• Coordinate with Admin and Finance on contracts, billing, and payment follow-ups.
• Manage service centre operations including technicians and service advisors.
• Monitor job cards, labour efficiency, and parts usage.
• Manage deployment and operational readiness of the company’s rental fleet.
• Oversee and manage stock management for motorcycles, parts, and accessories locally and overseas.
• Coordinate procurement, supplier negotiations, and replenishment planning.
• Work with Sales on product development initiatives and new offerings.
