Responsabilités

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive Motorcycle Customer Service Executive to join our team. You will be the main bridge between our mechanics and riders. Handling customer inquiries, keeping owners updated on repair progress, processing invoices, and assisting with stock management.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Support: Answer inquiries (via WhatsApp or in person) and provide progress updates on motorcycle repairs/servicing.
• Basic Admin: Create job sheets, issue invoices/receipts, process payments (cash, NETS, PayNow), and support mechanics with admin tasks.
• Inventory: Track spare parts and consumables stock, assist with reordering, and organize incoming shipments.

Requirements

• Willingness to learn is most important - entry-level candidates and fresh school graduates are welcome!
• Prior experience in customer service or counter operations is a plus, but not required.
• Clear English communication skills to explain updates to customers.
• Basic computer/messaging skills for invoicing and WhatsApp inquiries.
• Meticulous, organized, and a good team player.
• Preferred to be already riding motorcycle.
