Job summary

JUST RECRUIT SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a junior officer to support Secured Loan Approval unit activities, including loan booking, disbursement, and repricing. You will check internal caution lists, review documents, and input data with accuracy.

The role emphasizes accuracy in MS Excel and related MS Office tools, and involves document preparation, scanning, and coordination with Sales and Law teams. Banking experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Min. Polytechnic or ITE diploma is required.
• Banking industry experience is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office; demonstrates fast and accurate typing.

Responsibilities

• Support mortgage loan disbursement activities including loan booking and data entry.
• Review credit requests for completeness and accuracy.
• Screen customers or related parties as part of the process.
• Liaise with Sales team and Law firm to follow up on documentation.
• Prepare and scan documents into the bank's system.
• Perform document checking for mortgage-related applications.
• Rotate to support various administrative duties as needed.
