Job summary

Maybank Singapore is seeking a capable leader to oversee the end-to-end post-approval, documentation and disbursement processes for retail loans, spanning both individuals and corporate clients. You will manage Letter of Offer, documentation, and transaction processing workflows, and champion process improvements.

This role focuses on driving automation, STP-enabled operations, governance, risk control, and collaboration with business, product and technology teams to enhance customer experience

Qualifications

• Degree in Banking, Business, Finance or related discipline required.
• Experience in post-approval, loan fulfilment or transaction processing is preferred.
• Experience in process transformation, automation, STP or digital initiatives is desirable.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot or similar is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee end-to-end post-approval, documentation and disbursement processes for retail loans.
• Act as process owner for Digital and STP mortgage processes.
• Drive process improvement and automation to achieve operational efficiencies.
• Manage controls, governance, risk management and issue resolution to meet objectives.
• Partner with Business, Product, Technology and external stakeholders to enhance customer experience.
• Leverage data, AI and automation tools to boost productivity and manage risk.
