Job summary

JUST RECRUIT SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a junior officer to support Secured Loan Approval unit activities, including loan booking, disbursement, and repricing. You will check internal caution lists, review documents, and input data with accuracy.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support mortgage loan disbursement activities including loan booking and data entry.
• Review credit requests for completeness and accuracy.
• Screen customers or related parties as part of the process.
• Liaise with Sales team and Law firm to follow up on documentation.
• Prepare and scan documents into the bank's system.
• Perform document checking for mortgage-related applications.
• Rotate to support various administrative duties as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• The role is a maker role, as a junior officer in Secured Loan Approval Unit who supports activities related to Mortgage Loan Disbursement such as Loan Booking, Loan Disbursement and Loan Repricing. This role carries out checking on internal caution lists, checking of documents, preparing instruction and data entry.
• Review incoming credit requests for completeness and accuracy, and convert to concise, accurately recorded credit facilities.
• Conduct screenings on customers or related parties
• Data entry and creation of records into the bank's system
• Checking of documents for mortgage related applications
• Liaise with Sales team and Law firm to ensure proper follow up on queries during the review of documentation
• Preparing, organizing and scanning documents into the bank's system
• Cisco warehousing
• Will be expected to rotate and support various other administrative duties
