Job summary

OCBC Group is seeking a Mortgage Service Executive to ensure the smooth processing of loan applications and help customers achieve their financial goals. You will collaborate with sales teams and credit risk managers to move applications efficiently, maintain accurate records, and escalate issues when needed.

A degree or diploma in finance or business administration is required, with at least two years in loan operations; strong analytical, communication and organizational skills are essential

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient processing of applications.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of loan applications and approvals.
• Identify and escalate potential issues or risks to management.
