You'll need to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales teams and credit risk managers, to ensure that loan applications are processed efficiently and effectively. You'll also need to stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry developments to ensure that our loan operations are compliant and best-in-class.

  • At least 2 years of experience in loan operations or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry developments in loan operations
