Job summary

OCBC Group in Singapore invites fresh graduates to apply for Credit Administration for End-to-End Processing of HDB and Private Residential Home Loans (PHL). This 12-month contract is office-based at Tampines, and candidates will handle loan applications, documentation, disbursement, and related service requests.

You should be proficient in MS Office, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process and check new home loan applications for accuracy and completeness.
• Manage disbursement, redemption, and service-related requests; oversee credit facility restructurings.
• Liaise with solicitors, valuers, branches, contact centers, and mortgage specialists on mortgage issues.
