Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the mortgage advisory team.
• Assist mortgage specialists with document preparation, checking and submission.
• Organise and maintain client records, application documents and administrative files.
• Perform data entry and ensure information is accurately updated in internal systems.
• Coordinate appointments, meetings and follow-ups with clients and internal teams.
• Assist with administrative matters relating to mortgage applications and documentation.
• Support onboarding processes, staff coordination, travel arrangements and expense claims.
• Liaise with relevant internal and external parties when required.
• Assist in organising company activities, monthly gatherings and team events.
• Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.
