Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of customer service experience.
• Able to commit at least 2 months (4 days per week, including weekends).

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers enquiring about mobile issues.
• Provide basic technical troubleshoot for mobile handsets and explain it to customers.
• Attend to service customer enquiries promptly and politely.
• Ensure accurate data entry of customer details and mobile information.
• Collaborate with technicians, especially for handover of handsets and customer data.
