Job summary

SINOPPEL DEVICE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is hiring a customer service representative to warmly greet customers, diagnose basic mobile issues, and clearly explain simple fixes. You will gather customer details accurately and coordinate with technicians to ensure smooth handovers.

Fluency in Mandarin is required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking counterparts. The role includes a 5.5-day work week, with weekends and public holidays as part of the schedule, and comprehensive on‑the‑job training.

Qualifications

• Love to interact with customers.
• 5.5 days working including weekends and PH.
• Able to converse in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking counterparts.
• Short notice availability is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers enquiring about mobile issues.
• Provide basic technical troubleshoot for the handphone and explain it to customers.
• Attend to service customer enquiries promptly and politely.
• Ensure data entry of customer details and mobile details with accuracy.
• Cooperate closely with technicians, especially for handover of devices and customer info.
