Job summary

MOBILE+LABS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a customer-focused Sales Support professional to handle inquiries via online platform, phone and email. You will coordinate with customers and suppliers on sales-related issues and ensure accurate processing of quotations, orders and documents.

You will maintain up-to-date product information and pricing, assist walk-in customers, and perform general administrative duties to support the sales team. Immediate start preferred.

Qualifications

• GCE 'O' level certificate or higher.
• Provide excellent customer experience and go the extra mile.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in tasks.
• Fluent in English preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customer enquiries via online platform, phone and email.
• Communicate and coordinate sales-related issues with customers and suppliers.
• Process sales quotations, inquiries, delivery orders, sales orders and purchase orders timely and accurately.
• Disseminate product information and pricing updates to the sales team.
• Handle walk-in enquiries and local returns/replacements.
• Provide general administrative and ad hoc duties.
