Job summary

JDA WMS Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced IT leader to oversee infrastructure, systems and network operations while driving ERP implementation and ongoing improvements. The role partners with business units to align IT with objectives and ensure reliable IT services across the organization.

You will manage cybersecurity, data protection, backup and disaster recovery, collaborate with external vendors, and guide teams through technology decisions and budgets to support

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline.
• 8–10 years of IT experience.
• 3–5 years in a managerial or team leadership role.
• Hands-on experience with Epicor Kinetic ERP implementation.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, networking and cybersecurity.
• Experience managing external vendors and IT projects.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and project management skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in manufacturing or trading companies would be an advantage.
