Job summary

Cadmus Resources in Singapore is seeking an IT Manager to lead the company’s IT infrastructure, networks, cloud platforms, enterprise applications, and cybersecurity operations.

The role focuses on ensuring availability, performance, and security of all IT systems while driving ERP migration from SAP ECC to Oracle NetSuite and advancing digital transformation through cloud, automation, AI, and data analytics. You will develop an IT roadmap and mentor a growing IT team.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, networking, cloud services, and Microsoft 365.
• Proven ERP migration/implementation experience, preferably SAP ECC to Oracle NetSuite.
• Experience with AI, automation, data analytics and low-code platforms.
• Excellent project, vendor, and stakeholder management plus leadership skills.
• Manufacturing/industrial environment experience is a plus.
• Willingness to work in the north-eastern region of Singapore (industrial area).

Reporting to the Senior Manager, the IT Manager will lead and manage the company’s IT infrastructure, networks, cloud platforms, enterprise applications, and cybersecurity operations

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

• Ensure the availability, performance, security, and reliability of all IT systems and services.

• Drive the ERP migration from SAP ECC to Oracle NetSuite, including planning, integration, testing, development and user adoption.

• Champion digital transformation initiatives by leveraging cloud, automation, AI, and data analytics technologies to improve business processes and operational efficiency.

• Develop and execute the IT roadmap to align technology investments with business objectives and future growth.

• Manage IT projects, budgets, vendors, and strategics technology partners.

• Establish and maintain robust IT governance, cybersecurity, disaster recovery, and business continuity frameworks.

• Lead, coach, and develop the IT team while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

The successful candidate should possess the following:

• Minimum 10 years of IT experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.

• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, networking, cloud services, Microsoft 365, and enterprise systems.

• Proven experience delivering ERP implementation or migration projects, preferably involving SAP ECC and Oracle NetSuite.

• Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI, automation, data analytics, low-code platforms, and modern cloud architecture.

• Strong project management, vendor management, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills.

• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environment will be an advantage.

• Willingness to work in north-eastern region of Singapore (industrial area)
