Job description
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee management, maintenance, and optimization of ERP system (Marve-ll) and business software applications
Administer user access rights, account creation, and removals across all platforms and SaaS tools
Monitor critical systems daily (ERP, WiFi, CCTV, Active Campaign) to ensure uptime and rapid issue resolution
Manage IT assets, procurement, deployment, software updates, and secure disposal of hardware
Oversee network infrastructure, WiFi, printers, CCTV, and access systems
Manage bug reporting workflow and liaise with vendors for issue resolution
Identify system enhancements and drive implementation
Negotiate with vendors and lead procurement processes
Administer government systems (TPGateway, Corpass) and ensure compliance
Serve as PDPA Officer for data protection and privacy compliance
Lead and manage the Technology Team with guidance and oversight
Act as primary contact for technology-related enquiries
Support company events with technical setup and assistance
Serve as Fire Warden and BizSafe Officer
What We're Looking For:
Diploma/Bachelor's in IT, Computer Science, or related field
3-5 years in IT support, systems administration, or technology management
Experience with ERP systems and user access management
Proficiency in Windows/Mac, network administration, and cloud platforms
Knowledge of data management tools (Alteryx, PowerBI, Excel)
Understanding of PDPA and cybersecurity best practices
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
