Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee management, maintenance, & optimization of ERP system (Marve-ll) & business software applications
• Administer user access rights, account creation, and removals across all platforms & SaaS tools
• Monitor critical systems daily (ERP, WiFi, CCTV, Active Campaign) to ensure uptime & rapid issue resolution
• Manage IT assets, procurement, deployment, software updates & secure disposal of hardware
• Oversee network infrastructure, WiFi, printers, CCTV & access systems
• Manage bug reporting workflow & liaise with vendors for issue resolution
• Identify system enhancements & drive implementation
• Negotiate with vendors & lead procurement processes
• Administer government systems (TPGateway, Corpass) & ensure compliance
• Serve as PDPA Officer for data protection & privacy compliance
• Lead & manage the Technology Team with guidance & oversight
• Act as primary contact for technology-related enquiries
• Support company events with technical setup & assistance
• Serve as Fire Warden & BizSafe Officer

What We're Looking For

• Diploma/Bachelor's in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 3-5 years in IT support, systems administration, or technology management
• Experience with ERP systems and user access management
• Proficiency in Windows/Mac, network administration, and cloud platforms
• Knowledge of data management tools (Alteryx, PowerBI, Excel)
• Understanding of PDPA and cybersecurity best practices
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and customer-service focused
• Valid driving license advantageous
