Anradus Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks an IT Manager (Infrastructure & ERP) to lead IT infrastructure, ERP deployments, and cyber security, ensuring reliable operations of servers, cloud services, and networks at Tai Seng.

The role requires a degree or diploma in IT, 8+ years IT experience, 3+ years in management, and hands-on Epicor Kinetic ERP expertise. You will manage vendors, develop IT strategy, and align IT with business goals.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in IT or related field.
• At least 8 years of relevant IT experience.
• At least 3 years of managerial or team leadership experience.
• Hands-on experience implementing and supporting Epicor Kinetic ERP.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the company's IT infrastructure, systems, and network operations.
• Manage ERP implementation, maintenance, enhancements, and user support.
• Develop and execute IT strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee cybersecurity, data protection, backups, disaster recovery, and IT compliance.
• Manage relationships with external IT vendors and service providers.
• Provide technical guidance and support to internal users.
• Ensure the reliable operation of servers, cloud services, and network infrastructure.
• Plan IT budgets and manage hardware, software, and other IT assets.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve efficiency and business operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

5 days (Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM)

Salary Package
Basic Salary + Variable Bonus + Insurance + Transport Reimbursement

Duration
1 year contract (renewable)

Key Responsibilities

• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, networking, and cybersecurity.
• Experience managing IT vendors and technology projects.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and project management skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in manufacturing or trading environments is an advantage.
