Job summary

Saksoft Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Patch Management Executive to oversee enterprise patch management, vulnerability remediation and change governance across critical IT environments in Singapore. You will drive secure deployment of system updates, minimize risk, and ensure operational continuity.

You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate complex patch cycles, and mentor junior staff while collaborating with Cyber Security to address risks and audits.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of IT infrastructure experience with strong patch management and change governance.
• Experience in large-scale enterprise or regulated environments (banking/financial services preferred).
• Hands-on knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, cloud platforms and enterprise patching tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide patch and vulnerability management across Windows, Linux, Unix, databases and cloud platforms.
• Govern change reviews, risk assessments, testing, implementation, and rollback planning for infrastructure updates.
• Coordinate patch deployments across complex, interconnected systems to ensure service availability and compliance.
• Drive automation initiatives using orchestration and Infrastructure-as-Code tools to improve efficiency and reduce deployment risks.
• Partner with Cyber Security teams to prioritise vulnerability remediation and manage security risks.
• Lead incident response and recovery activities related to patch implementations.
• Act as primary liaison for audit, compliance, vendor management and executive reporting.
