Job summary

Talentvis Singapore Pte Ltd is looking for an Assistant Manager / Manager, Middle Office to support insurance operations, client onboarding, application administration and coordination with internal teams and external partners.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Business/Finance/Marketing or related, with 3–4 years of experience in support or client services, preferably in insurance or financial services.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related discipline.
• 3–4 years of experience in support, coordination or client servicing roles, preferably within insurance or financial services.
• Familiarity with insurance products and application processes is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks independently.

Responsibilities

• Prepare presentation materials, insurance product comparisons and financial illustrations.
• Coordinate client onboarding activities, including medical examinations and documentation.
• Liaise with clients and referral partners to gather information and follow up on requirements.
• Support prospecting activities, lead tracking and meeting arrangements.
• Assist with insurance applications, ensuring accurate documentation and timely processing.
• Work closely with Sales Operations and external parties to coordinate application requirements.
• Arrange client meetings and follow up on outstanding action items.
