Job summary

JUST RECRUIT SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a diligent Insurance Portfolio Administrator to manage and develop an assigned portfolio, including motor and bond insurance, while delivering excellent administrative and customer service to clients in Singapore.

The role supports daily operations, participates in process improvements, and requires a diploma with certification in general or health insurance; training will be provided for those with less experience.

Qualifications

• Min Diploma, preferably with General Insurance Certification and/or Health Insurance Certification
• At least 1 year of related or relevant experience; candidates without prior experience are welcome (training provided)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Responsible, detail-oriented, independent, organized, and able to multitask efficiently

Responsibilities

• Manage, service, and develop an assigned insurance portfolio, including motor and bond insurance, to meet client needs
• Deliver excellent administrative and customer service related to general insurance products, ensuring client satisfaction
• Build and maintain value-added relationships with clients and leads to act as a trusted insurance advisor
• Participate in discussions to identify and implement improvements in company processes and insurance product offerings
• Provide administrative support for daily operations as required, ensuring smooth workflow and task completion
