Job summary

Avensys is seeking an IT Support Analyst to join its Singapore office. You will deliver L1-L2 end-user support and manage Microsoft 365 services, including Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, and OneDrive to keep the business productive.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting PCs and mobile devices, managing onboarding and offboarding, maintaining IT assets, and coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely, high-quality IT support.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk.
• Hands-on L1/L2 end-user support in an enterprise environment.
• Strong Microsoft 365 experience (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Good troubleshooting across PCs, mobile devices, meeting room equipment, and networks.
• Strong incident management, vendor coordination, and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1-L2 end-user support for users at the Singapore office.
• Support the Microsoft 365 environment, including Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, and related applications.
• Troubleshoot PCs, mobile devices, meeting room equipment, networks, and other IT-related issues.
• Manage user onboarding and offboarding, including account and equipment-related support.
• Maintain IT assets and inventory, ensuring accurate records and proper lifecycle management.
• Manage incidents and coordinate issue resolution with JGES, ICT, GM IT, ITSS, and external vendors.
• Support IT operations improvement initiatives and various IT projects.
• Ensure timely resolution of end-user issues while maintaining a high level of service quality.
