Avensys Consulting is seeking an IT Support Analyst to join our Singapore office. You will provide frontline and secondary IT support, focusing on Microsoft 365 services and overall IT operations to ensure smooth daily activities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in IT support, desktop support, service desk, or end-user computing.
• Hands-on experience providing L1/L2 end-user support in an enterprise environment.
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365, including Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Good troubleshooting skills across PCs, mobile devices, meeting room equipment, and networks.
• Strong incident management, vendor coordination, and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1–L2 end-user support for users at the Singapore office.
• Support the Microsoft 365 environment, including Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, and related applications.
• Troubleshoot PCs, mobile devices, meeting room equipment, networks, and other IT-related issues.
• Manage user onboarding and offboarding, including account and equipment-related support.
• Maintain IT assets and inventory, ensuring accurate records and proper lifecycle management.
• Manage incidents and coordinate issue resolution with JGES, ICT, GM IT, ITSS, and external vendors.
• Support IT operations improvement initiatives and various IT projects.
• Ensure timely resolution of end-user issues while maintaining a high level of service quality.
