Job summary

Talent-Merge Pte Ltd invites a qualified IT professional to manage and enhance Microsoft 365 environments, Intune and Defender, plus endpoint management for a mid‑ to large‑sized enterprise in Singapore. You will provide on‑site and remote Level 1–2 support, monitor system health and security, coordinate hardware deployment, backups and recovery, and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.

A Diploma or Degree in IT or related field is required, with 3+ years in IT support and MS

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related discipline.
• More than 3 years of experience delivering Level 1 and Level 2 IT support within a medium-sized or large enterprise, including at least 2 years supporting Microsoft 365 environments.
• At least 2 years of technical exposure to network and firewall solutions within a small or medium-sized enterprise environment.
• Practical knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Defender, endpoint management, IT hardware and system support.
• Strong customer service, communication, analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to work independently and collaboratively; willingness to provide after-hours standby support and travel overseas when required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and enhance Microsoft 365 solutions to support business and operational needs.
• Manage the Microsoft 365 environment to ensure secure, reliable and high-performing services.
• Maintain and support Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Defender configurations in line with operational requirements.
• Deliver Level 1 and Level 2 technical support, troubleshooting user and system issues both onsite and remotely.
• Assess system health, performance and security through routine monitoring, testing and operational checks.
• Coordinate IT hardware deployment, replacement, lifecycle management and asset inventory activities.
• Execute system updates, backup and restoration activities while ensuring systems remain operational and recoverable.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to improve IT services, resolve technical issues and enhance user experience.
• Facilitate IT onboarding and offboarding, including account, device and access-related activities for employees.
• Maintain technical documentation and support IT procurement, after-hours support and overseas technical assistance when required.
