Job summary

RECRUIT EXPERT PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned IT professional to oversee Microsoft 365 environments, Intune, and security/compliance features for a user base of 100+ staff in Singapore.

You will lead or coordinate internal tech initiatives and provide Level 2 support while communicating clearly to non-technical colleagues. The role requires ITIL certification and MS-102, with at least 5 years in L2 support, and you will manage firewall setups and broader network tasks to maintain robust IT

Qualifications

• ITIL certified, MS-102 credential.
• 5+ years of L2 support in mid-sized or larger companies.
• Proficiency with MS 365 admin tools and Intune.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity basics for corporate IT environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee setup, rollout, and upkeep of M365 systems including Intune.
• Provide Level 2 troubleshooting and support for 100+ staff.
• Lead or coordinate internal technology initiatives.
• Communicate technical concerns clearly to non-technical users.
• Manage advanced firewall setups and network-related tasks.
