Job summary

TALENTSIS PTE. LTD. is seeking an IT Systems Officer to provide professional technical support and administration for the Microsoft 365 cloud environment and related IT infrastructure.

The role involves researching, designing and deploying Microsoft 365 solutions to meet business needs, maintaining service availability, and providing Level 1/2 help desk support with remote assistance. Occasional after-hours standby and overseas travel may be required.

Qualifications

• At least two years hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 environments.
• More than 3 years IT support in a medium/large enterprise.
• Strong customer service, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to provide after-hours standby support and travel overseas when required.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy Microsoft 365 solutions supporting business needs.
• Administer and monitor Microsoft 365 to maintain availability, security and performance.
• Configure and maintain InTune and Defender per organisational requirements.
• Provide Level 1 and 2 help desk support, including remote assistance.
