Job summary

PERSOL is seeking an IT Systems Officer to support and administer the organization's Microsoft 365 environment, endpoint management solutions, and IT infrastructure in Singapore. The role ensures secure, reliable, and high-performing IT services.

The successful candidate will administer Microsoft 365, Intune, Defender, and related networking/firwall aspects while providing Level 1–2 helpdesk support and participating in after-hours standby on rotation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of IT support experience in an enterprise environment.
• At least 2 years of hands-on Microsoft 365 administration experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Defender, networking, and firewall support.
• Willingness to travel overseas and provide after-hours support when required.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including user management, security, and system availability
• Manage Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Defender environments
• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 helpdesk support, troubleshooting end-user, hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• Monitor IT systems, perform updates, backups, and recovery activities
• Support IT onboarding and offboarding processes
• Manage IT hardware lifecycle, asset inventory, and procurement activities
• Maintain technical documentation, procedures, and user guides
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve technical issues
• Participate in after-hours standby support on a rotational basis within a team member
