Job summary

Esmegen Consultants Pte Ltd is seeking an IT support specialist focused on Microsoft 365 administration to help with onboarding, access management, and incident resolution. The role involves troubleshooting account, email, and device issues while keeping users informed throughout the process.

You will manage Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and device management via Intune, ensuring secure access with Conditional Access and Defender configurations.

Qualifications

• Completed Microsoft training relevant to Microsoft 365 administration or endpoint management.
• Hands-on experience with the Microsoft 365 admin center, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Intune and Exchange Online.
• Ability to troubleshoot account, email, collaboration and device issues and explain the next steps in plain language.
• Good follow-through on support tickets, including clear updates when an issue takes longer to resolve.

Responsibilities

• Set up accounts and access for new joiners, remove access when staff leave, reset passwords and assign Microsoft 365 licences.
• Administer Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and Exchange Online, including shared mailboxes and distribution groups.
• Manage devices through Microsoft Intune, deploy Windows updates and support Android device enrolment and management.
• Manage Conditional Access policies in Microsoft Entra ID and review Defender alerts and security settings.
• Read audit logs to investigate issues and open and follow up on support cases with Microsoft when needed.
• Keep users updated, document what was done and escalate issue with enough detail for the next person to pick up.
