Job summary

Exasoft in Singapore seeks an experienced Microsoft 365 Administrator to manage Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive for Business, Teams, and Entra ID. You will handle security, compliance, governance, and identity management, and oversee email systems, mail flow, and hybrid Exchange environments.

You will perform migrations, upgrades, and integrations, configure Purview, DLP, MFA, SSO, and Conditional Access, and manage Defender incidents. Expect L3/L4 support and documentation duties.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 environments.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 administration and cloud collaboration technologies.
• Experience managing Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Teams.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview and Defender Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage Microsoft 365 services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Entra ID.
• Handle Microsoft 365 security, compliance, governance, and identity management.
• Manage email systems, mail flow, and hybrid Exchange environments.
• Perform migrations, upgrades, and integrations.
• Configure Microsoft Purview, DLP, MFA, SSO, and Conditional Access.
• Manage Microsoft Defender and security incidents.
• Automate tasks using PowerShell, Graph API, and Power Automate.
• Provide L3/L4 support and resolve complex technical issues.
• Monitor system performance and maintain technical documentation.
