Job summary

IoTalents Pte. Ltd. seeks a highly skilled Microsoft 365 Expert to manage, optimize, and secure enterprise Microsoft 365 environments.

You will serve as a SME responsible for design, administration, governance, security, compliance, and continuous improvement of Microsoft 365 services. You will lead migrations and implementations across Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams, and Purview, while ensuring identity management, security controls, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience administering and supporting Microsoft 365 environments.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 administration and cloud collaboration technologies.
• Proven experience managing Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Microsoft Teams.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, identity and access management, and Zero Trust security principles.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview and Microsoft Defender Suite.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and Microsoft Graph API.
• Experience implementing Microsoft 365 security, compliance, and governance solutions.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Purview, and Microsoft Viva.
• Design, implement, and maintain governance, security, compliance, and identity management solutions.
• Manage Exchange Online mail flow, connectors, transport rules, email security, and hybrid deployments.
• Lead migrations, deployments, upgrades, and integrations for SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and other M365 workloads.
• Configure and manage Purview solutions, including DLP, Sensitivity Labels, Information Protection, eDiscovery, and Records Management.
• Implement and maintain Entra ID services: CA, MFA, SSO, PIM, Identity Governance.
• Administer Defender security solutions and respond to incidents and compliance requirements.
• Develop automation using PowerShell, Graph API, Power Automate, and other Microsoft technologies.
• Monitor platform health, performance, and service availability; identify improvement opportunities.
• Provide Level 3/4 support and lead major incident resolutions.
• Establish operational standards, governance frameworks, and best practices for Microsoft365 services.
• Collaborate with IT, Security, and business stakeholders to drive adoption and maximize value.
