Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Messaging Systems Administrator to manage day-to-day operations of on-premises and M365 messaging environments, including Exchange, Teams, and related services.

You will provide escalated support, document resolutions, and monitor health alerts to ensure system availability. The role requires hands-on Exchange experience and familiarity with Active Directory and related Microsoft technologies; after-hours support may be needed for patches and maintenance.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Exchange.
Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Lync Server, Microsoft Team Foundation Server will be an advantage.
After hour support may be needed for patching and maintenance.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day on-premises and M365 messaging systems (Exchange, Teams, Lync, Skype, SharePoint) operations and maintenance.
Provide technical support for escalations and document resolutions.
Troubleshoot and support via phone, web, and email.
Track progress of related requests until completion.
Perform basic system administration and standard service requests related to messaging systems.
Respond to health monitoring alerts from monitoring systems.
Perform daily operational procedures and routine checks of system availability.
Support system patching and server reboots per work instructions.
Post preventive maintenance (OS patching and application) health checks as per work instruction.
