Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience supporting enterprise Microsoft Messaging & Collaboration platforms.
• Hands-on with Exchange Server, Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Skype for Business.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 hybrid environments and migration projects.
• Good PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Microsoft 365 certifications are an advantage.
