GMP Technologies in Singapore is seeking a Senior Messaging Engineer to provide L3 support for messaging and unified communications, including Exchange 2019+ and related security and scripting tasks.

You will collaborate with global teams, manage escalations, and drive automation while ensuring SLA, security, and compliance. Strong communication skills and 10–12 years of IT experience are required.

Formación

• 10–12 years IT experience in messaging/unified communications
• Experience in financial services environment preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience in L3 support environment
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsabilidades

• Provide L3 support for messaging and unified communications platforms
• Manage incident, problem, and request management including escalations
• Perform root cause analysis and preventive measures
• Support and deliver infrastructure projects (upgrades, migrations, new builds)
• Ensure systems meet SLA, security, and compliance standards
• Drive service improvements, automation, and operational efficiency
• Collaborate with global teams and stakeholders across regions
• Act as technical escalation point and guide support teams
• Manage vendor and service provider relationships
• Maintain technical documentation and SOPs
• Participate in DR tests and global initiatives
