Job summary

Qualifications
- 10–12 years IT experience in messaging/unified communications
- Experience in financial services environment preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience in L3 support environment
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Responsibilities
- Provide L3 support for messaging and unified communications platforms
- Manage incident, problem, and request management including escalations
- Perform root cause analysis and preventive measures
- Support and deliver infrastructure projects (upgrades, migrations, new builds)
- Ensure systems meet SLA, security, and compliance standards
- Drive service improvements, automation, and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with global teams and stakeholders across regions
- Act as technical escalation point and guide support teams
- Manage vendor and service provider relationships
- Maintain technical documentation and SOPs
- Participate in DR tests and global initiatives
