Job summary

Debia Pte Ltd is expanding its ASEAN footprint by hiring a Sales Executive in Singapore to drive new merchant acquisitions and cultivate long-term client partnerships. You will coordinate with operations and compliance to implement payment solutions and meet ambitious growth targets.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in payments or fintech, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a self-motivated, target-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
• 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in payments, fintech, or financial services.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to influence stakeholders and close deals.
• Self-motivated and target-driven in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong relationship-building skills to foster long-term client partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and close new merchant and corporate client accounts to drive business acquisition
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure a positive onboarding experience
• Collaborate with operations and compliance teams to implement payment solutions smoothly and efficiently
• Achieve and exceed sales targets to support Debia's growth and market expansion
• Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to refine and sharpen sales strategies
