Job summary

YEAHPAY SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive with 2–4 years’ experience in payments to support merchant acquisition and growth across multiple channels.

You will identify new merchant opportunities, build partnerships with PSPs, banks, and payment partners, and collaborate with Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Product teams to ensure seamless onboarding and scalable revenue.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in payments, fintech, or B2B sales.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
• Knowledge of acquiring models and fee structures (MDR, interchange, scheme fees).

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end merchant acquisition through prospecting and onboarding coordination.
• Build relationships with merchants, PSPs, banks, aggregators, and payment partners to drive growth.
• Identify new business opportunities across POS, QR, online/offline, ecommerce and alternative payment methods.
• Achieve and exceed targets related to revenue, transaction volume, and merchant acquisition.
• Prepare sales proposals, develop pricing models, and support negotiations of commercial agreements.
• Collaborate with Operations, Risk, Compliance and Product to ensure seamless onboarding and lifecycle support.
