Job summary

Manpower Staffing Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a Merchant Operations Administrator to support merchants throughout onboarding and compliance. You will gather and verify documentation, answer merchant inquiries, and work with Compliance and Finance to ensure a smooth process.

You will also maintain merchant records, resolve discrepancies, prepare reports, and handle leasing renewals, with broader administrative support as needed by management.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations, or a related field.
• Experience in merchant operations, customer service, sales support, administration, banking operations, leasing administration, or compliance support is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales Managers to collect and complete onboarding documentation for merchants.
• Review merchant documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance before submission to Compliance.
• Serve as the main contact for merchants regarding documentation inquiries and guidance.
• Coordinate with Compliance and Finance to support smooth merchant onboarding.
• Maintain accurate merchant records in line with company standards.
• Investigate documentation discrepancies and resolve related issues promptly.
• Prepare merchant reports, operational updates, and administrative documents as required.
• Provide administrative and operational support for day-to-day merchant management.
• Manage merchant leasing contract renewals and follow up with relevant parties.
• Perform ad hoc duties and special projects as assigned by management.
