Job summary

You will collaborate with Sales Managers and Compliance teams to collect, verify, and file documentation, answer queries, and ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.

The role also covers contract renewals, reporting, and ad hoc operations tasks to ensure a smooth merchant experience.

Qualifications

• Experience handling merchant documentation and onboarding processes.

• Proactive in resolving documentation discrepancies and issues.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales Managers to gather onboarding documents.
• Review and verify merchant documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Serve as main point of contact for merchants on documentation queries.
• Maintain merchant records and documentation in systems.
• Assist in merchant-related reports and operational updates.
• Support renewal of Merchant Leasing contracts.
• Provide general administrative support for merchant operations.
• Handle ad hoc tasks as directed by management.
