Job summary

FOMO PAY PTE LTD is seeking a Business Development support professional in Singapore to assist onboarding merchants onto our digital payment solutions. You will review merchant documentation, liaise with internal teams to resolve bottlenecks, and respond to merchant queries, while maintaining CRM records.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales and Marketing or related discipline, plus fluency in English and Mandarin.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in Business, Sales and Marketing or related discipline.
Good understanding of digital payment processes, pipelines, workflows and tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with numerous stakeholders.
Analytical and independent with good problem-solving skills.
Fluent in English and Mandarin to communicate with merchants.

Responsibilities

Support the Business Development team in onboarding new merchants onto the Company's digital payment solutions.
Assist in processing merchant applications and reviewing documentation for completeness.
Follow up on pending cases and liaise with internal teams to resolve bottlenecks.
Respond to merchant queries and guide them through required steps.
Maintain and update CRM records and merchant trackers.
Provide general administrative support to the Business Development team as required.
