Job summary

KPay Group is seeking a motivated Technical Support Executive to be the first point of contact for our merchants in Singapore. You will ensure smooth onboarding, provide ongoing support, and contribute to a positive customer experience across our payments platform.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries via phone and email, assisting with merchant applications, installations of POS terminals, and training new users on how to use our terminal solutions. Strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or operations within payments/fintech is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail with a customer-first mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Willingness to handle delivery and installation of POS terminals in person when required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries efficiently via phone and email
• Manage both inbound and outbound calls related to merchant applications and account support
• Support the BD/Sales team with administrative and technical assistance
• Conduct on-site installations and provide training to new merchants on how to use payment terminals
• Handle general operational tasks and assist with ad hoc duties as needed
