Job summary

FOMO PAY PTE LTD is seeking a Business Development support professional in Singapore to assist onboarding merchants onto our digital payment solutions. You will review merchant documentation, liaise with internal teams to resolve bottlenecks, and respond to merchant queries, while maintaining CRM records.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales and Marketing or related discipline, plus fluency in English and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business, Sales and Marketing or related discipline.
• Good understanding of digital payment processes, pipelines, workflows and tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with numerous stakeholders.
• Analytical and independent with good problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin to communicate with merchants.

• Maintain and update Customer Relationship Management (CRM) records and merchant trackers
• Provide general administrative support to the Business Development team as required

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Sales and Marketing or related discipline
• Good understanding of digital payment processes, pipelines, workflows, and tools would be a plus point
• A ability to work in a fast-paced environment with numerous stakeholders
• Analytical and independent with good problem-solving skills
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin in order to communicate with both English and Mandarin-speaking merchants
